I accidentally reported the tip as plagiarized. The names with the original article and the tip in the moderation queue most likely refer to the same person. So this should not be reported as plagiarized.

Yes, it does.
But...did you check the names?
Yoldas Askan, Nuclear Strategy, Inc.
and
Yoldas77
I'd assume that these are the same person.
You looking for sympathy?
You'll find it in the dictionary, between sympathomimetic and sympatric

Good point, upvoted. I had trouble viewing the PDF. However, I'm not sure if this falls directly into coding category without any implemenation...

I'd agree - hence my vote of "unclear or incomplete".
But I don't think it's stolen, just not implemented yet.
No point in dumping the account!

Definitely no reason to do that!

I'm going to report this, because I think it's going to be spam...

From this: http://www.codeproject.com/Members/techboutique[^]
At the moment, I can't see any links, or other spam, but... the "virtual organisation" he speaks of has the same name as the user, the user joined today and this is his first post, and there is sod all else there...
It just smells bad: there is no article (or even tip) there, and I suspect that it'll be expanded to include links if it gets published. Can't see any other reason for it...

User was already nuked, it was reported some days ago. Maybe caching problems?
Forget it, the one with caching problems was me. I landed at your message being the first on the list

That's a blog post, automatically pulled in from Steve's blog[^]. I doubt he's suddenly decided to start posting spam there!

Did you see the link to arvixe at the end? Isn't a link to a site like that considered like spam?

I did see the link, but as I said, it's a blog post pulled from Steve's own blog. Unless his account was hacked, I seriously doubt he's started posting spam links there, given how long he's been around.
