I do too, but it's already approved.

You can still report it. The author gets notified and hopefully modifies the type. If not, and necessary amount of reports are given the article gets removed, as has happened to the article in question.

Ahh OK.
Chris's has removed it, but I'll know for next time thanks.

And this is the act of some one who needs something ready made.

I'm sorry but I didn't quite understand your response?

Now a days, there are lot of people who need copy paste material which can be integrated directly in there code blocks. Not only this ones, i have seen many Tip/Tricks which has nothing which add value to CP but still it received good no of votes.

Oh, I see. It's actually really sad... In my opinion one of the best aspects of Code Project is that we not only share code but we also explain how it works, what gotchas and ideas have been found during the process etc.
From a moderator point of view, I'd like to see the articles and tips finished and explained before they are let through...

Yes. Many members help their colleagues to let his/her content get through. And if Chris is convinced[^] then it will be the major improvement in this regard.

This tip has 9 votes of 5 and 1 of 4.
If you (and others) feel it's not up to scratch then vote accordingly.
My personal opinion is the tip is not a tip, it's a bare-bones and very poor walk-through of a topic - a topic that has been covered far better many other times. I've voted accordingly.
It's also completely and utterly incorrect in its implementation because it exposes a glaring SQL injection issue. The "tip" will cost people their jobs.

I agree that it's not a tip. I've reported it as incomplete at the time it was published. However, I haven't voted it because voting wouldn't force the author to take any actions concerning the content. This is why I brought the issue to Moderator's Forum
