In this message: http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/4841159/Re-Signatures.aspx[^] CM told very clear that such kind of links in message signautre is spam. But... what about the nickname or the profile?
6+ years member with 4 articles, promoting his own blog, his github and other site where he contributes in the user description (it means, it is not in every forum message / QA Item) but it does is in every article.
Would it be spam as well?
Is it to be reported or just give him a warning?
Edit: Striking the question and links removed to avoid incorrect reporting

No action is required. In profile page, there are thousand of members who described the same. Further, its not wrong even in the message signature.

How about moving such contents to some appropriate place? I am not sure what it would be. Because such posts may be helpful for some one. Just a thought.

You think many people would visit the "Spam" forum?
And what about the people who do pay for their advertising? I can't see them being impressed, and since they pay for the servers and staff to run this place...

Why it's not suitable to be in Third party products? I can see many such Articles there.
