Before you think you are ready to improve other peoples questions, consider whether you are fully aware of what you are doing. Would you want someone who posts a question that has nothing to do with articles, and yet posts that question in the articles section, try to "improve" your question?

Just click, "Improve Question"

I can see a 5 star rating and 2 votes to my article. How can I know that who has voted for me?
You cannot. At CodeProject we weave a pleasurable mystery about where love comes from. If someone votes a 2 or a 1, they have to say why, but you may never discover the identity of 4's and 5's unless they choose to comment.

We dont even know who voted 1 or 2.If they don't Comment the reason for downvoting
It's not possible to vote 1 or 2 for an article without providing a comment.

Our FAQ lays out a step by step process on how to do so:
Code Project Technical Blog FAQ[^]
If you get stuck during that process, I'd be happy to help. Please keep in mind that blog entries are really meant to be like articles in terms of style and breadth. I'd be happy to look at your blog to see if it is a good match.
I would say the primary benefit of sharing your blog with CodeProject is additional exposure.
Thanks,

Unfortunately it seems there was an error during the process of your submission and your article/code was not received. Would you mind emailing me the full article and code in a .rar, or renamed .zip (ie .notzip) file?
Thanks,

My article was approved an published earlier today. Then about 40 minutes later I received an email saying my article "has been deleted because it has an inappropriate content as judged by our readers and editors".
The rejection email came from Webmaster@codeproject.com with the note that this is an unattended email box. How to contact the editor team to find out what specific content in my article is inappropriate so I can revise it?
Thanks
