Its not at all possible that such a large no of employees start writting rubbish at the same time. I still smell it like something planned. Not sure though.

It does indeed smell nasty, doesn't it? I'd guess that someone had the idea to push the company name and image out there by getting employees to publish as much as possible, but then decided to give the job to the most useless, badly paid, lazy group of employees they could find on the grounds that they weren't doing much that was useful anyway.
And now, I see "mindfire" and I think "company without an original thought". May not be true, but that's the impression I've been given over the last couple of weeks.

Trouble is that there was no clear link between you and the author of the blog, it was being posted as an article rather than as a blog feed, and you work for mindfire - who have been posting little or nothing but plagiarised material and total rubbish for a couple of weeks now.
I see "mindfire" and I assume plagiarism unless proven otherwise, I'm afraid. Blame your coworkers!

It happens, when you have some predefined image for a group or a organisation & I blame those people who made such reputation.
I think it is allowed to post articles on codeproject from your blog with link siting that this article was first published at there, correct me if I am wrong here.

Normally a blog is different from an article (and is in this case) and there is a mechanism for submitting a blog feed so it shouldn't be necessary to "articlize" an existing blog entry. But if you do, you need to make it really obvious that the blog is yours, and that you haven't copied it and claimed it as your own original work: we have a "zero tolerance" policy towards plagiarism partly because we know how difficult it is to produce a well worded article!
If you submit a blog entry as an article with no evidence that it's yours, it's going to be looked at as if you are stealing it - particularly if you work for a company that has a recent history of serious plagiarism! I'm afraid that mud sticks: if your coworkers behave like idiots then the assumption will be you are an idiot as well. Yes, that is going to affect legitimate posters - but that's a problem with the company that only the company can sort out.
How do you get rid of a reputation for a corporate culture of theft? Don't know - but ignoring that happened / is still happening is not the way.
