The Author had a problem for which he asked for a solution at - https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/issues/430[^] the solution including the code was provided by Tony Tomov and not by the Author.
If someone creates a GitHub repository or a Blog post at different websites using someone else work then that doesn't means he becomes the owner of the code/content.
P.S. - The Author is not a Contributor to jqGrid

I noticed that but in his blog he has credited the author for his work

Unfortunately, I did not get a solution for this issue. And then I approached to Tony Mov the creator of
