This is clearly some kind of a bad thing. Whatever, whoever, it is just generating static.

The funny thing is that at the first you may think it is only poor level, but after that you can see that some of the links point to unanswered questions...

And the best part is that he has created the profile just today. 255 answers, and mostly the answering hyperlink text is similar but the link is mostly accurate or maybe he uses the tags to check for an answer or something.
Stack Overflow bot is a usefull bot. He just reposts the stuff, he doesn't gets involved. This guy is getting involved. If he continues posting previous answers to the questions, there won't be a need for new answers.
However, I have reported the user as Abusive/Troller.

Some of the links are probably the real purpose: spam.
I'd guess it's a "hide it in the mass of stuff" approach.

Every weekends We have something like this, unfortunately few protections of the code project who available on weekend having tough time with cleaning stuff.
