The messages itself are not bad answers and he is not resurrecting old items or answering only related things (search for a concrete topic to promote something)
Maybe a warning and a 2nd chance?

This message[^] reads like spam, and is recommending a commercial product, despite the OP explicitly stating they didn't want to use any commercial products.
This message[^] has a link to a vaguely-related article on another site, but still looks like spam. The linked article has no useful information about writing code or solving the OP's problem, and is just recommending a number of mobile apps.

Ok, Thank you for your time and the answer. I could not have a detailed look.

I see that occasionally when there has been a delay ... or I've twitched on the click. Are you saying we should report you for spam or abuse?

Another possibility is that you've matched hashes: I've had that a couple of times. Every forum message is hashed, and those values are compared to prevent duplication. With the number of messages involved, at some point you will meet a hash collision and get that message. Changing a character gets rid of it!

If one is using a hash that can cause collisions, then maybe one should do an additional check if the hatches match? I've seen such a suggestion somewhere on MSDN.

legacy code I'd suspect - I doubt if they ever expected the number of posts they current have when they decoded which hash to use.
But personally? Yes, I'd do a text comparison for hash matches.
