While it may be OK for the articles there to cite the MSDN without reference it is not allowed here at CP. Therefore, I have removed the author from this post (and have not reported him) but reported the article.

It is plagiarism here but probably not for the original article hosted at Microsoft. So I decided for me that this is a special case and removed the link to the user.
However, everybody can make his own decision.
