Decrease the belief in God, and you increase the numbers of those who wish to play at being God by being “society’s supervisors,” who deny the existence of divine standards, but are very serious about imposing their own standards on society.-Neal A. Maxwell

+5 for the Flash Gordon reference.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Fascinating how easily statistical data can be explained either way...you can band it to your wishes...
For instance the number and kind of questions means for the author that enterprise interested in adopting W10, but it probably mean that Microsoft spread so much fog over the spy-bot activities of the OS, that IT have to ask more than the usual questions to make things clear...
I also checked some of the numbers...For instance 5% (computers with W10) of 12% (companies have it) means that 0.6% of the computers in enterprise companies has W10 installed - That's really an achievement...
The 60% that plan to grow from 5% to 7% means that an other 7% of the total companies will add a half computer in 2016...Wow!
Always loved statistics
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Beware anything that boils programming down to simple rules like "don't use magic numbers". Code is more subtle than that. It takes more than 10 steps

According to an investigation by researcher Ashish Singh, websites visited from InPrivate can be easily recovered from a user’s hard drive by examining the WebCache file. Mental note: don't use Edge when "shopping for spouse's gifts"

In a major breakthrough for artificial intelligence, a computing system developed by Google researchers in Great Britain has beaten a top human player at the game of Go, the ancient Eastern contest of strategy and intuition that has bedeviled AI experts for decades. Ah well, at least the computers will never beat us at Solitaire

That's huge. Just yesterday I saw a video on status of AI in Go and today it was beaten. If DeepMind defeats even that champion, it's the last big game. Now there are only real world problems to beat. I hope it goes open source or at least library. It would be great to have such capabilities in. .NET for example.
I found the games they played, you can review them here:

DevOps, microservices, and the shift to containers and lightweight computing environments explain a lot about Microsoft’s position on .NET, open source and Nano Server. They are kind and good, and always doing what's best for their customers?
