If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Hello
In this article the author was uses some images from Microsoft site. He also gave the exact reference of those sites and also in bottom left corner of each image he gave the "Image Courtesy: Microsoft". But when the article was closed he was just unable to identify the reason of closing the article by reading the mail of codeproject which is as follows:
Your article 'SignalR in a Nutshell' has been reported by pwasser, Richard MacCutchan, Kornfeld Eliyahu Peter, Mika Wendelius, OriginalGriff and has been closed, with the reason being given as This item is a copy of an existing article and does not provide adequate reference to the original.
If you wish to revise and reopen your article based on the feedback from these members then simply go to SignalR in a Nutshell and click the "Update my article" link. This will enable you to edit and update your article and will re-open your article for other members to enjoy.
After receiving the notification mail he made change his article for several times and submitted it accordingly. During his last modification he changed all the images and finally article got approval. But due to several submission his ID also deactivated. After deactivate his account the article was published again.
All the things happened due to the ignorance about the reason of closing the article. No in this case what to do? How can he reopen his account as well as republish his article?
Note: The user is the member of codeproject for several years and in that period he had no suspicious activities. So considering those issues please help him to reopen and republish his article.

I deleted the re-submitted article, because the user account was already gone. As far as I am concerned, I apologize because I didn't check it personally. 98% of the times something similar happens, it is just a 100% identical repost to see if it gets through.
About reinstauration...
@Sean-Ewington you are up, can you please have a look to this thema?

Hello Nelek
Thanks for your kind reply. Now please suggest how can the user recover/reactivate his account? Actually the entire things happened due to the ignorance. Not intentionally

90% of the internet is having problems with copyrights. Plagiarism is a very serious thema and CP-Politic is zero tolerance with it.
Mojam Dewan wrote: Now please suggest how can the user recover/reactivate his account? You already did eveything what you could do. Now it is in the hands of the site admins.
