All what gets edited goes back to the moderation queue. Articles could be edited to add spam or whatever else making them no publishable anymore.
About the no change... it might be a minor change, or something that is not visible in the comparison, like i.e. changing the language of a code snippet. I mean, you can compare the content, but the html tags is something more difficult.
If you think they are all OK, then just give your vote to "approve"
But not sure this is the forum for this, maybe in Article Writing Discussion Boards[^]

I did compare them through HTML source side by side, those articles have no legitimate changes. I don't think adding a new line is a minor change. Think about it, how can one's modify 6 article in a matter of minute?

You don't have to modify... you just have to click on Publish
i.e.: Different browser windows
The point that some people try to get more attention doing minimal changes and republishing, so that the articles come back to the main page list has been risen one or two times... but this is something noone of us can really check with 100% security. That's why we don't report them. All what can be done is ask @Sean-Ewington to have a closer look, then his word is law.

Thanks Nelek I felt like this is an act of abusing the system. Hopefully @Sean-Ewington will take another look at it.

It's looking like this is a problem on our end. I don't think people can see the "mark article as updated" button anymore. So I can tell them, "please don't mark your article as updated," but they aren't marking the article as updated because they can't see the box. All that's happening is the articles are passing moderation.
Thanks,
Sean Ewington

There are two kinds of people in the world: those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.
