Down to 9 answers at the moment.
I've also reported his channel on YouTube, but I don't know if that will do any good.

I've closed all the profiles you've reported. Truly astonishing. You've gone way above and beyond.
But, as you've seen, you can't possibly get them all. On Friday I did some digging and I estimate there's about 1000 accounts created in a day. I wouldn't ask or expect anybody to try and tackle that. If you do feel compelled to report them, I won't close them right away but add them to a big list, headed for the woodchipper.
Thanks,
Sean Ewington

I know how that is. That has fueled my spam-slamming efforts several times.

And we can just guess what they were planning to do with that lot, can't we?
Out of interest, does account creation require a Captcha these days? I do hope so, as it means that people wasted their time setting them up, not a bot...
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
