I'm available for attitude adjustments. All you have to do is pay my air fare, hotel accommodations. The only weapon I'll need is a spoon - I'm sure I can get them locally.

I've shown this around the office and I'm seeing lots of concerned shaking of heads. I think that's a no.
Sorry. Next time?

Code project has already taken the correct measures against Kornfeld Eliyahu Peter.
I.e. Nothing.
He is a polite and slightly valuable member of this non-elite group of developers just like you and me.
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

Me too! I wanna be elite too. Where do I apply to be elite? I even tried posting a request for "codes plz" but it didn't help.

Did you remember to put Urgntz in the message? You won't get it if you forgot that step.

I'd send you the application form but I'm too scared the Canadian government would accuse me of sending unsolicited email.
If you pop into the office we have some forms you can fill out to prove consent. That plus a small blood sample combined with a polygraph will be submitted to the government through our lawyers and once we get the all clear from them I'll write an email, print it out, send it by registered post. On delivery it's super easy: just read the attached legal agreement stating you accept the package containing the email, waive your rights to sue, accept you specifically begged us for the email contained within, provide a blood sample to match that given at the office, recite the national anthem (in both languages, obviously) and then you're good to go.

Please kick Kornfeld out!
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

The sentence of Kornefeld: «can we smash him» was removed but not in time. I was able to take a snapshot.
Now this will come to the codeproject's headquarter

You apparently haven't realized that Chris is the FOUNDER AND OWNER of CodeProject.
Throwing empty threats around isn't really helping your "cause", though it is amusing to the rest of us.
Your original complaint was addressed in a more-than-timely fashion. Now you're just piling on to a problem you created yourself with your attitude. Just drop it and walk away. It's not worth it.

OK, then you're options are to leave the site or settle down and accept that
a) your tone was demanding, shouty and unthankful
b) we are only human, we're busy, and one of us was off sick and unable to follow upo with you personally
c) demanding an apology from others when you see nothing with your own behaviour means we are probably not going to see eye-to-eye.
Maybe it's time you just moved on.
Or: you could just put this all in perspective, stop looking for arguments, and get on with the task of helping each other learn to code and create.
cheers

You could always point him to the About Us page, and ask him to contact the boss....

To use CAPITAL LETTER is like to shout: yes. But, is to shout always wrong? no! it isn't.
If you lose yourself in a forest and you are in danger you will shout for HELP. is that wrong? No!
Most of the times to shout is wrong, but sometimes could be necessary to be listen.
I am not saying that to shout against codeproject was correct (I never said this. Read carefully all my messages). But, if to shout become necessary to be listen then something, somewhere, went wrong.
who, between all of you, knows how many times I tried to get the issue solved during last week?
who, between all of you, knows how many times my messages was banned as spam?
has anybody asked to me or to himself, why I shouted? No!
Did you, Chris, asked to yourself why a user of your site is shouting? No (you should).
Please, Chris, read carefully the "point b)" in your opt-in opt-out conditions.
in that point, you talk about the problems codeproject has had during last week, but in the same time with the same words, you talk about a long lack of service!
Chris, you gave me the option between leave and remain. But in your "opt-in opt-out" you do not talk about what Kornfeld did: no one can call for respect and use the expression Kornfeld used against me (or anybody else).
To choose between Leave or remain depend on the respect I have of this community and the respect I have of this community depend on the decision its leader (you) takes.
How can I decide between leave and remain if I do not know which is your decision?
with regards
Vincenzo
P.S.
- this sentence «please kick Cornfeld out» is under my account but I never wrote it.
- all the people in your office said you are right and all the people in my office said I am right. But there is a big difference between you and me: you are the 'big boss', and many people are ready to say you are right in any case, also if you declare the earth is flat. in the same way (many, but not all) the people in this chat behave like a pack of wolves. Please, read the chat, and how many Stupid and offensive comments there are. (Sorry Chris, I think you should take your people under better control, please).
