I agree with you and already reported him, but I would say @Sean-Ewington should have a look on it.

Didn't report the user yet since I wanted to hear the result first. Best to wait for Sean

Whether or not it's plagiarised, it is site driving; and we remove site driving articles as they are spam.

All right. I've done a quick pass over his work. I don't think he's a plagiarist in the strictest sense. In his old blogs at best I could find one code snippet that was reused. The other stuff I found was debatable.
What's he's basically doing is repurposing content for his blog. He can do that on his blog, but it's not what we're looking for on CodeProject. I've removed those types of entries.
Thanks,
Sean Ewington

Member 13294913 - Professional Profile[^] has decided to resurrect a dubious question from 2013 with two new solutions: one completely blank, and the other containing the insightful comment, "Idk".

A fourth answer to the same question:
kek use google n00b.
MORE CONTENT MORE CONTENT MORE CONTENT ...
Quickly followed by a fifth:
protip: if you really need help just GOOGLE IT. there's already millions of open-source crypters on the web, please do not post useless threads.
NB: His previous "solution"[^] is now on 7 reports, but is still live.

Could be the same person - both from Viet Nam. Maybe worth asking the question.

It is possible - and I asked the question, but to be honest it does not fit, that a seemingly self-respecting board member would open an almost anonymous account in CP to re-post a 3 years old article...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.
