Dear Colleagues,
Recently, I've noticed that there's a new nomination "project" has been added.
1. So, can you explain me in general what is the difference between article and project nominations ?
2. And, specifically, what publications you recommend to be posted as an article and which ones as a project ?
Thanks.

See Re: A silly question... - Article Writing Discussion Boards[^]:
Quote: A 'Project' articles is essentially documentation for a code repository (or project) that's hosted somewhere else. The significance of the Project type is that changes in the remote repo will trigger an update to the CodeProject article: A new local copy of the code will be downloaded, and the Readme.md file will also be pulled in order to update the aricle's text. It gives authors another method by which they can author articles using the tools in their current workflow.

Seems to me we need the same options as for Articles. And I am still not sure what the Project type is actually for.

Now published and no red flag at all.
Should it get deleted?

Received a 'Message currently under review' in the message section of an article. Doesn't look like spam. Sits there for more than a day. Anything I can do?

My previous account has been deactivated. How could I Reactivate It?
Thanks for your help.

Not going to happen.
That is what happens when you plagiarise: your account is closed and you don't get it back.

I sent a message to the author and have not received a response. I've deleted the article.

Like five or more minutes to refresh a page, or open a "Add a message" page. Exactly how long I'm not sure - I went and made coffee and it still hadn't loaded.
Tried in Chrome and Edge, just in case, but no real change.

How is it now? We just deployed a an update the aimed to address perf on the homepage.
However: it also addresses a bunch of GDPR things, so may actually slow things down. Our tests, so far, don't indicate this but you know how things go in the wild...

This was due to a backlog of articles due to a bug our end. They'll flush through.

It seems that many submissions are not this at all but just blog posts. Is something awry?

Project, as a category for publications? It looks like pretty similar to the old "blogs"
They have only one possible action for moderators... and this is, to approve.
No reports on quality, spam, plagiarism (nuke reports)
Help reports (format, images...) are missing too

It will be shown like this since a couple of hours, but the thread from Marco and ppolymorphe are completely unrelated (and shown as that before a couple of hours):

They aren't mixed - they are separate threads. See the orange line between them?

See my Screen shot they where mixed up (I assume indent counts more than a orange line) Now they are shown correctly again
