And ... it's a link to the OP's company. Check the OP of the question's page and you'll see that Manchun Pandit[^] "currently writes for JanBa[DELETED]ining.com, a global training company" - which by a strange coincidence is the same URL as the link in solution one ...

Looking at the source, I suspect this started out as a blog:

And that's why... if it is a blog / came as blog on the first time (and got changed to article due to the bug I describe below), then I don't report it.
If its first version is an article and is full of links... I do report it. (Sean's confirmation on this one)
