Risking the possible need to fight off moose, bear, coyote, mtn lion and possibly sasquatch.
Kinda like the risks you take in the inner city but that better count cause that's all you're gonna get.

I had been doing a couple to three times a week on an excercize bike.
Then, with a lingering bout afflictions, from a very nasty bang in the rib cage to a lingering array of mute nostril agonies, the abandoned efforts continued.
But, all seems well - and thus re-initiating the Before state as the After state looks both promising and imminent.

at least 1 mile a day and in the cooler months more!
I do all my own stunts, but never intentionally!

Three times, if you go for the dessert course and use a spoon.
And the spoon probably counts as a small barbell as well.

Absolutely.

For 10 years I didn't exercise.
Now, for the last 3 years, I exercise at least 5 times a week. Need to take a break from the world, work etc, so jogging is me time!

...I never did in my life, including the time when I was not a programmer.
I see no sense in "moving/training just to move/train". training for...what?
I can train for a tournament, I can train for a challenge... but training just to train? There is no sense in this.
But WHAT I do is, I do lots of manual work in my free time like garden work, I love to work with wood, I built several garden huts together with neighbors, for myself, car ports, veranda's.
I have enough knowledge to do wooden floors in all rooms of the house, building walls, roofs, all that kind of building site work. That comes from the family, where all parents/grand parents where electricians, workers, plumber, etc etc.
I know almost everything necessary to build a house from scratch. working with concrete is not a miracle for me, neither is a spatula or similar kinds of tools.
This is a kind of manual work where actually a sense can be seen.
No sense lies in pushing a dumbbell up and down...and up...and down... no sorry. such a waste of time.

There is no answer for more than once a day. Or is more than once a day still considered daily?

Yes, this is one of the most important but usually ignored piece of task.
Thanks CodeProject for asking it. I will improve myself on exercising regularly.
