A rustled page

The tale is done.

I wonder if that was somebody trying to do a search, or somebody intentionally putting it in there to be funny. It seems that CListCtrl may soon be the CP equivilant of the CowboyNeal option in Slashdot polls.
(* Note: haven't been to SlashDot in a while.. but I do remember CowboyNeal as almost ALWAYS being an option on the polls)
"When a man sits with a pretty girl for an hour, it seems like a minute. But let him sit on a hot stove for a minute and it's longer than any hour. That's relativity." - Albert Einstein

It ain't there anymore - someone else is doing the polls, and misses the CowboyNeal option all the time.

Argh... NONONONONONO I don't really read slashdot

I was cracking up so hard the first time I saw CListCtrl as an answer for one of the surveys, so I thought it would be funny to answer with it on a completely off topic survey. So I confess, this time it was me being a trouble-maker.

Chris , I don't know what's funnier. Your confession or that some bozo rated you a 1.

When I went to Lego-Land (yes, I admit it, I took my son there) in Carlsbad CA. a couple years ago, they had these foot rubbing machines. You put in a quarter (can you believe gas stations are now charging 75 cents for AIR!!!) and you put your feet (with your shoes on, no less!!!) on this platform and it vibrates like nothing I've ever experienced before. Ooooh. It felt soooo gooooooood! Afterwards, it felt like my feet didn't even touch the ground.
I want one of those!

I guess if I had answered truthfully then it would have been; 65 foot fully stocked yacht off the Greek Isles, German girl included.

Sounds like fun to me! Care to throw in an Antonio Banderas lookalike as well?
By the way, when are you likely to be in London? It's gone awfully quiet about that gathering...

Well if you like the French then you would have loved the Santorini camping poolside, lots of hunky French guys making the girls go oo la la. Clothing, for all, is very scarce on Greek islands during summer.

Yeah sorry about that, it has been pretty hectic for me. I even had to squeeze in seeing my cousin and that only just made it in. So this trip is a bust for meeting up sorry to say, hopefully next time I will be in London for longer than 7 days and we can have a pint or two.

No worries hun. I had a feeling it was going a bit hectic for you!
Mind you my life's started getting hectic over the last couple of weeks as well...I was at a party last weekend, going clubbing this weekend and so on. At the moment it looks like I've only got a couple of free weekends between now and the end of September!

Laptop -> AFAIK today it's smaller and called notebook, isn't it ?
TabletPC
PocketPC / PDA -> nice toy
SmartPhone / Java Phone -> is this really good for something ?
Wristtop Computer -> nice toy again
Wireless hub ->
MP3 player -> winamp
Digital Camera -> this is the only thing which i would like to have. But I
don't want a sh*t. And for few photos I make only at summer vacation, it's too expensive.
