The GetItem method has been modified for a more generic way. I wouldn't be surpised if revised version would come from somewhere else, but I could not find a blattant original source.
Anyway, even if it would not be plagiarized, it would at least deserve two other reports: one for having the wrong type, and one for being kind of misleading in its introduction (this has nothing specific to ASP.NET).
