Yeah, it was much easier before I had an office mate.
Seriously though, for me naps are usually on the weekend. I'll have an occasional late weekday nap if I feel I need it, leave work a little early, take a nap, and then either to back to work or to the gym or what not.

It depends somewhat on the amount of exercise you do as well. I often need up to 10hrs sleep to perform optimally.

Yeah, I've definitely found it's a bad idea to try to do strenuous exercise after having little sleep...

Take a nap, then take a few Ephedra pills and go to the gym... You'll have the best training of your life

Often I am into bed late after midnight and up again at 5:30 am. Sometimes it is a little bit hard to start into the day, but usually there are no problems. On weekends I am lazy and get up at 7:30 am, but the big part of the weekend is spent with my family.
