Can there be a "Deverlopers CP Tools", or something like that which will display the utilities for CP developed by other developers...
for eg. Desktop BOB, CP Ticker, etc... (more tools that I am not aware of )

No there is no software that gives a taskbar notification to indicate new messages on the board.
Chris may be having a taskbar notification for every sponsorship finance he gets.

There was a flurry of this type of posting around that time - both from registered and unregistered members. I put a filter in place to make it a little more difficult to post such messages.

When anyone reply any comments, we receive a mail message. But when logged in site and view the "Latest Comments" page, must appears a "new posts" indicator when anyone reply our comments.

And what about an OpenGL forum? and a GDI forum? And then a GDI+ forum?
Everyone wants a forum on their pet technology or the technology de jour. We don't want to become too unfocussed in the forums until we have a way of ensuring such potentially quiet forums get the attention they will require.

What about a 2D Graphics forum and a 3D Graphics Forum, or just a Multimedia forum?

It would be nice to be able to see if an article has been rated very high or very low without loading the entire article. Similiar to posts being either red or grey.

The section index pages list the rating next to each article, so I'm guessing you mean on the front page?
