Sometimes print missing

We have a POS system there sales receipt is printed by POS printer and we have used rpt.document.print(false,false) and printing is ok. But sometimes receipt is not print.

So anyone can help me.

Seriously though, more information, what are the circumstances when it doesn't print, we need more info.
