Ctrl+SpaceBar it does not show my controls

When I press Ctrl+SpaceBar it does not show my controls like text box and other controls.May I know if there is any reason for that. AM USING .NET(ASP.NET+C#)..ITS NOT ANY HARDWARE PBLM.BECAUSE OTHER PAGES ARE WORKING NOW....WILL U GET IT?.WHEN I PRESS CTRL+SPACE BAR THAT POPUP COMING BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW MY CONTROLS....FOR
EG TXTRNO.TEXT(SO THAT TXTBOX AND OTHER CONTROLS NOT WORKING)

Do not shout!!! Use a reasonable subject, but don't squeese in half of your question. Do tag your question with the appropriate tags. Do not use textspeak! "Will u get it" sounds quite rude, so you might want to polish up your manner before asking others for help.

1. you should have updated the last question only. Why to do a repost[^]?

2. Did you care to read the rules before posting a question? Let me give few highlights that are wrong here...

Rectify atleast these and then your question would be answerable for few.
