If this is homework, you should talk to your teacher. If this is paid work, you should talk to your client, and do the work you're being paid to do. This site is for helping programmers with their code, not so we can do your work for you. In any case, even if you offered to pay me, I don't see how I could do this based on your vague description. How do you track distance ? How is the paid allowance calculated ?
