how to prevent client side code change

I have a mvc4 web application. When i deploy the application, the scripts which i have used in my application are getting changed. some unwanted code is added to the scripts. the URL content is also getting changed when i try to access the application.

this is added by itself whenever i call a link in the application.

I would suggest there is a seious bug in your code. You need to do some more debugging.

What do you mean when "you call a link in the application?" Click improve question and so some relevant code and what happens.
