How can i do control my phone have exist or non exist module in android

My tab heve i barcode read module, for this module we developed android app and for personel phone, for example Samsung s3. Now, how can i control my phone has a barcode read module or hasnt ? if i control successfully , when i pressed button; opened camere(if my app on mobile phone) or opened Barcode Read module (if on Senter st907) May Tab "Senter ST907" (search ethernet please), my phone Samsung S3.
