Is using dictionaries, such as oxford pocket dictionary and some other in a commercial app legal or do i have to buy a license or notice them? It is kinda emergency for me. Please Help.

What I have tried:

I've been searching but till now nothing found. Please Help!!1

Wherever you find the dictionary on line should give details of the license requirements etc. E.g.Privacy policy and legal notice - Oxford Dictionaries[^]
You are better off contacting the source that you wish to use

I have no idea what you mean by "using dictionaries". If you're using a library, contact the people that wrote the library for licensing and usage terms.

Using any book is almost certainly in breach of copyright, and you would need to check with the publishers before any such use.
Electronic dictionaries normally provide the terms and conditions as part of the page / site and this will include any use they permit.

In cases like this, assume you need permission unless you see "you can do what you like" printed pretty prominently.
