2. Can you be a little more clear on what exactly you are trying to do? Posting kinda homework statement would not get much of a help.

Solution 1

Hi,
Ribbon Control is one that uses a taabed menu.
You can check that out.
Lots of third party toolkits are available providing Ribbon Control.
Microsoft also provides one for WPF I guess.
