Stored procedures !!!!

hi,

I have a Join Sql Querry to be executed , So i want to make a Stored procedure, but i dnt know how to make one in .Net Sql Express 2005
or Sql Server;

Secondly I want to pass the Column name and value to be passed in the Where clause for Condition. :confused::confused:
