can anyone please help me this, i want to make a Intelligent Character Recognition (icr) read application using MVC c# please help me this as soon as poosible

What I have tried:

Im making r&d on it and trying to find a sample app but still got nothing

Instead trying to find a "sample app" why not write one?

You can't do it using "MVC c#" as MVC c# code runs on the server and has no access to client hardware. This is one of the most frequently asked questions, please do basic research such as using google before asking a question.
