Regarding mail verification code

Sir,
I m working as junior developer in company,i m facing following problem plz give me perfect solution.

how can i use email verification ,The mail which is exist in real world.
also,

User should enter his Email_id and password in my webform ,and the user will get some link(or some code )in the user mail_id and whenever he will click link(or enter the some code in my web form ) then only his mail will b verify.

Search CDO technology on google. if you find the code use it with a following logic.
Actually the CDO uses yahoo schema to send the mail with inline method.
if there is error occured while sending the mail then it is confirm that the email id is incorrect if there is no error then consider as email wil be validate.
