how to upload photo into form

hi i have 1 application form, if i take a photo from laptop for that without upload or scanning that photo should come directly to the form.... can u please please suggest me the solution please

Solution 1

If you mean that you want to show a photo (an image file) on your form, where the image file is located on the web server, then all you need to do is use the IMG HTML tag.
