Automatic upload of csv files

I need to upload csv files automatically (which are created daily) from my PC to a web application which has the ability to filter these csv files and show them in tables. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

You've tagged C++ and ASP.NET. Does this mean your website is in ASP.NET but your client app running on the desktop from which you want to initiate this upload is a C++ app?

I think you can achieve this by creating a windows service on your PC.
