How to stream a video through HTML code

I have a website,i want to stream my videos in my website but I can't,i don't have any video embedded code or video url, the video located in my pc.But I want to stream my video without using like YouTube url things,is that possible??

What I have tried:

I don't have any idea about this thing.Means stream video

hi why don't you try using HTML 5 . option is there to play or stream videos .
