property tenders

hello every one. I wanna make an asp.net application in which a user can view all property tenders from kolkata and can send his/her qoutation for that tenders. The problem is that, i can not find any kind of Service/ RSS/ XML to populate it on the web page...
Please help.

What is a property "tender"? Is that like chicken tenders that you order from a restaurant?

no. its the list for online tender to bid.

you need collect data from various news papers, magazines and vendor's website. make automation of entry from admin panel of your web application. make search scenarios to user side. see some property and real estate portals. They will do like this way only.

Solution 1

First of all collate all the current open tender. Design a UI to show the tenders and link to apply.

On link click, you need to show proper UI to take input needed for applying a tender.

PS: I hope you know, how much confidential are tender quotations. In order to make users use our website, you need to make your site highly secure. Further, it would be really difficult to ask them to use it.

ya i can understand the privacy. but the problem is that I cant figure it out from where i can get the details of those tenders... is there any services or feed either free or paid? then pls let me know.

No, AFAIK, there is no service for the same. Based on what you are trying to do, you need to collate them yourself. Had there been a webservice then this work (online multiple tender) thing would already be in place!
