Sql Server and MFC Connectivity

Hi to all,
I create a dialog box in mfc and draw some edit box. Now If i click the insert button that values should be store in back end.

For this plz answer the following question.

1. How to make a connection with Sql Server 2008 and MFC dialog application?

2. How to insert dialog box values to sql server particular table?

I am new to these area. So plz answer step by step manner.
