SetUP remove earlier installations

In My Setup Project i am able to remove earlier installations.

i set the remove earlier installation property to true.
so it's removing the previous version & installing the upgrade version directly.

My Problem is

While installing upgrade version, Can't i alert the user like Do you want to install upgraded version or not.
