Rational Rose is not an "informational management" software, please see http://www-142.ibm.com/software/products/us/en/rational[^] for the list of products and the description of what they do; this is software modeling line of products.

As to your request for help, any reasonable help you could possible get goes well beyond the format of CodeProject, so you need to look for help elsewhere. If you're a student, you should better ask for help from your school.
