How can I get webcam & microphone input to Silverlight using ASP.NET?

I have set " webcam and microphone " to allow a particular site to capture microphone input using Silverlight.
How is it possible through ASP.NET or Silverlight?

Does anyone know the answer?
Please respond to me if you do.

I know there is a method for asking the user to set permission but it's not good.
I want to set the property from my code, is there any way?
