what is machine configuration requirment of client and how much RAM it requires on its machine. Becouse i am developing application using Visual Studio 2010 in WPF.
Is it Work on all machine.

Good, my 5. It cannot be precise. As to WPF, there is nothing special in it which would entail extra memory or CPU speed requirements, but graphics card's hardware support of ActiveX is recommended.

Yes, the resources the application itself consumes would be a deciding factor in my opinion.

It's both. In small application Framework is a bottleneck really; the opposite situation with big applications.
