Extracting .jpeg file from any theme file

Can any one help me on how can I get .jpeg image from any theme(like .thm,.sis) files
using c# programing.

Based on the solution posted here[^]. The .thm file seems to be a winrar file, just extract the file and you can access the contents of it.
