Application Sync with Calendar

Hi,
I want to design an application where i can sync all my data with the calendar, for example I want to design a payroll system where the application will ask me to enter the time sheet for all the employees working on that particular day where it picks the day and date as the active calendar day and date, and at the end of the month or week or year I should be able to view any employees record for that calendar period.

How is it achievable?

This is not a question but a call to present the architecture for you, just a job. What is your problems? Any effort?

HiYes i don't know how to approach this project that i haven't started yet, but that is what i was wondering before i start on it, is how's it possible to achieve.

I think what SA is saying is: Think about it. Work out exactly what you are trying to achieve. Then work out from that what you need to accomplish that. Then work out How you actually get all the bits to work together.
In other words: Write yourself a specification.
