IP Cam Encoding in Asp.net web application using vs 2010

Hello Sir/M'am,

I am student of bcs and my final year project is "virtual class room usin ip cam(s).
I have some trouble in encoding of ip cam in my project. I have a tp-link ip cam.Now, how can i encode live video from this ip cam to my web site n which n how i use a player in my website to show that live video.
Let assume that my teacher giving a live lecture to his students watching at their home now student should be able to watch out my teacher's live video through addressing our website domain on their systems.
So, please help me how i use a player in my website which will show live videos through ip cam which i have n also ip cam encoding in that particular player?

Please help me.

We're not interested to do your job for you. More than that, you are not interested in anyone doing your job for you. You really need to start and complete your project all by yourself. At school, you're given a chance to get important experience of making job on your own. You don't want to miss that chance, if you want to learn something to be able to do great job in near future. Even if you need general directions, you need to check with your faculty. Using help of other people actively and consciously is another skill you want to learn.

However, if you do the job and face some problems, we will gladly help you.
