moving buttons from one row to another when new row inserted

i have one table with fields like first name and last name and two buttons on the side of the table .Buttons are insert and delete.

When i insert a new row like firstname as a and lastname as b then the buttons(insert and delete should point to the first row that is newly insrted row )

Same way if i insert one more row buutons should point to that row .same should work foe delete also
