I want to open a page and that page consist in a folder and when we write this folder address in address bar then this page should open .
How is this possible

I'm not sure what you want exactly, but your web apps ability to interact with the file system is close to zero, for security reasons. But, if you type c:\ in your browser, the browser will browse your file system. If that helps, depends on what it is you're trying to do, but don't assume that because code you test locally, works locally, that it will work hosted on a remote server, not if it involves the file system.

Assuming that the user permissions are ok for that, then if the page is called index.html (or Default.aspx) it should open automatically for internet URLs. Local URLs with open a folder view instead.
