Hi everybody

I have a web application similar to e-bay, I need to start designing the interface, i am used to design on frontpage but I need something new.

please can anybody help giving me some suggestions or software...

You could use any suitable design environment; after all they just provide a blank canvas for you to create you own views.

How about;

MS Visual Studio or and of the free express editions of the Visual Studio product range
MS Expression Web
Eclipse
Netbeans

If you are really hardcore, you could just use Notepad and write all the markup and code by hand! :)
