assign an icon or jpg to a dll

hi My friends , i created a dll , this dll inherited textbox control , My dll is in the toolbox , and i can drag it to My form , this dll like a gear .ok??????
how can i assign a pic or an icon to this dll??????
i want this dll does not like a gear , for example like an icon File in my hard disk , or like a jpg file ,whats the solution?????????????
