When I am trying to access my asp.net application from IE. I am getting below error.

an unhandled microsoft.net framework exception occurred in w3wp.exe [2528].
url:http://localhost/applicationname
until yesterday it was working fine.

What is "worker process"? Who knows what did you change since yesterday? If you don't track your changes, you don't really do software development.
