javascript collapsable rows in treeview format

i need some help in javaScript for displaying collapsable rows in tree format

like initially it was like this

name no

1st level: + a 1

in 2nd level clicking on + it should insert new row which shows below

2nd level: - a 1
+ b 2


3rd level : clicking + in the2nd row should insert few more rows

like - a 1
- b 2
+ c 3
+ d 4

same way should be continued for few more rows

again if we click on the - it should hide that paricular row

could you please help me in this regard
i am able to do for fisrt record collapsing
